The Nebraska Texas Longhorn Association is proud to announce its 36th annual sale. This sale will be dedicated to John Murphy from Quarter Circle J Longhorns. John was a past of-ficer, board of director, lifetime supporter of our association & youth. He looked forward to sales & shows & along with his wife, Diane welcomed longhorn friends to their ranch for cookouts. He will be truly missed.

This is our 4th Spring Sale here in Broken Bow. We look forward to working with the Broken Bow Livestock crew again this year.

We’ d like to thank the consignors for support-ing this association and making this sale possi-ble. We thank you, the buyer, for taking time to look them over.

There will be a non catalog sale immediately following the catalog sale.

We have a get together on Friday night at the Broken Bow Country Club. Dinner will be approx. $15. You are all welcome to come and mingle. You will enjoy the evening. Just be sure to RSVP by Friday March 31st-402.580.3673.

We will have our traditional Silent Auction Saturday morning so come early as it is just till sale time.

Tickets for a calf raffle will be available on sale day. Thank you to the Anders & the Lautenschlagers for their donations. You may see the youth also selling these tickets.

This year the Nebraska youth, our future longhorn breeders, are having a t shirt fundrais-er. For $40 you can advertise your ranch. Your ranch & brand will be on the back of a black t shirt. The deadline is coming soon-April 21. See the back of the catalog for an order form.

TERMS AND CONDTIONS

BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder

with reserve.

BIDDING DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle

any dispute as to bids & his decision on such matters will

be final.

CERTIFICATES: Buyer is responsible for transfer of TLBAA/

ITLA certificate of registration. Transfer papers will be

furnished by the seller to the purchaser on each lot in the

sale.

HEALTH: All sale cattle must pass these requirements to

sell in this state & most other states. Health papers must

be within 30 days of the sale. All health papers will indi-

cate: a USDA Official id Tag #, Preg Status-120 days+, Calf

at side or Unexposed, Tric test or Virgin bull annotated,

OCV. Interstate health papers will be furnished for each

animal over 6 months of age. Each purchaser should check

with their state veterinarian regarding regulations in this

state-if additional health requirements are needed it is at

the buyers expense.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any changes from information of any

kind will be announced from the auction box & such an-

nouncements shall take precedence.

GUARANTEE: All animals sold are guaranteed by owners.

Females vet checked safe with calf or calf at side, are con-

sidered breeders. Pregnancy checked 30 days preg-with

veterinarian signature. All guarantees are between buyer

& seller.

POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, it be-

comes the sole risk & responsibility of the buyer thereof.

But possession cannot be obtained by him until payment

is made. Buyer must make arrangements for care of stock

until removed.

LIABILITIES: All persons who attend the sale, do so at their

own risk, & the N.T.L.A. assumes no liability, legal of other-

wise, for any accidents to either persons or animals that

may occur. Liability of consigned animals is the responsi-

bility of the owner until sold.

CONTRACT: The above terms & guarantees shall constitute

a contract between buyer & seller of each animal sold.
