Provided custodial coverage for weekend HYA, NHYA and Recreation Department basketball. Maintenance Work Orders: Completed 100% of staff work requests (19) consisting of lighting, carpentry and plumbing. CIP Projects: Facilities Committee is looking into future CIP planning. We discussed our roof above the cafeteria and resurfacing the west side parking lot. Other Projects: ASAP Fire inspected our wet & dry sprinkler system. Both passed inspection. Dowling Corp replaced an ignition wire to boiler #2. The boiler would not ignite when the facility called for heat. They also made an emergency heat valve repair to the main office unit ventilator. Siemens performed their scheduled quarterly HVAC automation upgrades. They diagnosed and repaired several heat concerns within the school. Their diagnosis consisted of replacing malfunctioned parts to 2 classroom unit ventilators and adjusting temperature controls to 6 classroom unit ventilators. Continued replacing old EXIT signs with updated energy efficient LED signs. After these signs were installed we had a re-inspection from the NH Department of Labor, Safety Division. We passed but need to complete replacing older EXIT signs throughout the facility with code compliant signs. Upcoming Month: Police Chief Brian Page has scheduled to have the Milton Cat generator inspected and tuned up. Dowling Corp will perform their contracted HVAC filter replacement and PM to all Unit Ventilators and Roof Top Units. ASAP Fire will inspect our kitchen Ansul Supression System. 26 EXIT signs will be replaced to complete the upgrade to illuminated LED fixtures. Other: The School truck was used by the 6 th grade recycling committee to transfer materials to the North Hampton Recycle Center. The truck was used for trips to Home Depot for maintenance supplies and was used for plowing on 2 occasions with a total of 3.5 inches of snow. There were 3 hours of plowing time. Total miles for the month were 55. The North Hampton Highway Department provided salt to our parking lot 8 times during the month.
