“This trip overall was such a life changing experience. I got to see some sights of animals I might not ever get the chance
to see again, and traveling across the world and getting to visualize and experience
new cultures is not an option you can have everyday, so I am thankful that this trip opened
my eyes to see so many things!”

Meet your group in
Atlanta and fly together
to Johannesburg, South
Africa. Upon arriving,
orient yourself to this
historic and cultural
rich city and spend our
first night together as a
group.
After a good night’s sleep we will transfer
to Thabazimbi to meet our service partners
for three full days of immersive community
service. You could find yourself working in the
garden, painting children’s bedrooms, or simply
playing with the children. This is a chance to
make lasting relationships with an incredible
community! On your last day of service, you
will bid farewell and transfer to Marakele
National Park to prep for your safari.
Awaken to your first safari adventure on the
game reserve where animals roam free in
their natural habitat. Look for rhino, elephant,
giraffe, zebra and lion as you cruise this
untouched reserve in open air vehicles. Spend
your nights in camps on tent platforms in
the African bush. Witness conservationists
at work and take the opportunity to assist
veterinarians in the collection bio-data and
learn about wildlife conservation, hands on.
*Itineraries and order of activities is subject to variation.
