Job Report

Work performed

1. We will remove the shingles from the area at above where the two leaks on the back of the home are located. We will cut into the stucco at these locations and install a custom piece of copper step flashing that will go behind the last piece of step flashing and will prevent water from getting in the roof at these locations. We will cut a riglet in the stucco above where we installed the new flashing. We will install a small piece of copper counter flashing over the new custom step flashing.

2. We will remove the shingles from the area above the office where the roof is currently leaking. We will inspect the roof decking and if necessary replace any

rotted wood with new plywood at an additional cost. We will install ice and water shield to this area. We will fabricate and install a new copper gusset to this area. We will cut a riglet above the copper gusset and install copper counter flashing to this area. We will install the shingles back to this area as necessary and replace any damaged shingles with new shingles.

Additional Work Recommended

1. Leak around chimney has caused a lot of rotten wood. Chimney flashing should be replaced and rotten wood should be replaced.

2. Shingles have come loose and have slid down the roof. Shingles should be removed and installed back to the roof decking properly.
