undertake to design and build any catagories of home at a reasonable cost,while maintainig the highest quality.

We have mentioned the rates for two types of works,one is for complete

construction work on turnkey Basis and the other one is for the structure construction work upto the plastering

stage.Please refer to both specification for the complete datails.

The below given rates along with our deatailed specification will give you a basic idea of our conracting

charges,materialsused and also the construction methodology.

Once your designing is completed we shall provide you a precise quote or specification duly mentioning the exact

construction material and construction rate per sq.ft. If incase you prefer to upgrade any of the cited materials,we will

provide you with a revised quote after the final materials are chosen by you and before the construction work

begins.We believe you should get into your home on budget and on time and we will not surprise you with any hidden

charges.once we sign the construction contract,the price what we have quoated is what you will pay,making it easier for

you to understand your budget better.

All working and approval drawing will design by our in house architecture team. our team design the floor plan after the

discussion from the owner. One computrized 3D rendering will be deveoped of elevation after the finalization of the

floor plan. All approval drawing and file will also prepare by our team.All working drawing like structure

drawing,plumbing drawing,electrical drawing, elevaton drawing etc.will design by our in house team.

Approvals like building plan sanction,electricity meter ,water connection and sewer connection etc. will handle by jmd

homes but all goverment fees and expenses like labour cess payment,plan fee, additional FAR purchase, complition

certificate will pay by the owner. all out of pocket also pay by the owner. jmd homes will handle the efforts but all

expenses bear by the owner.

Designed as per IS Codes and earthquake seismic zone IV complainant. Structure load will be for the number

of floors being constructed.

Used below Foundation, stilt(if applicable), terrace and for leveling sunken areas. Also used to make platform for

wardrobes and cabinets in bedroom and kitchen.

Site mix concrete cement from (ACC, UltraTech, Ambuja or JK super cement).Ratio 1 Cement : 1.5

Fine Stone Dust : 3 Graded stone aggregate nominal size.

Steel of grade FE-500 of Kamdhenu or Rathi as per structural drawing in compliance with IS codes.

Construction start from 950/- per sq.ft.

Our rate for structure construction work start from Rupees 950/- per square feet and may go up to rupees

1250/- per sq. feet depending on your site location, plinth area, elevation design and roofing pattern.

Our full construction work contract rate per square feet would get fix between this range of rupees 950/- and

rupees 1250/-, depending on your location, plinth area, elevation and the roofing pattern you choose to

construct your home and therefore the full and final rate per square feet can only be confirmed after you

finalize on the floor plan and the elevation design of your proposed home. if you need more information or

Dr fixit - on terrace, bathroom, Mumty, and underground water tanks or tar felt sheet. On terrace,

bathrooms and mumty waterproofing is done on floor and upto 1.5 on walls.

Copper pipes of 1/2 and 1/4 to ensure compatibility with 10 mm insulation and 4 core

wire of 1.5 mm thickness. Average length of the copper pipe between the outdoor and the Indoor unit will be up to 30 fit.

On above 30 feet extra fee will be applicable @ 350/Rs. per running feet.

Paid by JMD homes from the day of handover of plot to the day of

delivery.

Approvals such as a building plan sanction, water and electricity meter installation, payment of labour cess,

payment of plans fee, payment of FAR purchase, application for IGL pipeline and completion certificate are taken care of

by JMD homes. JMD homes will handle the effort but all official and out of pocket expenses will have to be borne by the

owner on actual basis.

JMD homes will charge a service fee for any approvals/ coordination other than those mentioned above. The owners will

also have to bear all official and out of pocket expenses involved in the extra approvals.

Note : GST will be extra as applicable. This is an approximate & average price for stilt plus 4 floor configuration.
