The main focus of this presentation, is to address the most common problem that we are all encountering in managing a condominium. I’m sure that we all have an idea that aside from water leaks and collection issues, it is illegal parking, just like an exterior wall water seepage and pest infestation - it is perennial. From this presentation, we will determine the total parking control solution that we could consider as most cost efficient and easy to implement. Maximized effectiveness for a minimum cost.

ID.
Here are the following requirements to be submitted:
(1) Ridgewood Towers Vehicle Registration Form
(Available at the lobby and Property Management Office)
(2) Photocopy of Vehicles OR CR

ACQUISITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Ridgewood Towers Vehicle Registration Form(Available at the lobby and Property Management Office)
• Photocopy of Vehicles OR CR• Replacement for lost or damaged Parking ID is Php 200.00
