Jim Weix is the President and broker who began his real estate career in Wisconsin as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. He has hands-on experience in investment, real estate, both as a Broker Associate for an internationally affiliated commercial firm.

He is also an owner of residential and commercial rental real estate. After moving to Florida, he became a well versed South Florida Real Estate Agent who created The Real Estate Company.

Jim Weix came to recognize that today's buyers and sellers are better educated, and thanks to to digital world who has helped the people in keeping them informed about the latest trends at anytime.

He also realized that today's buyers and sellers should be given a choice of which services they wanted from their South Florida Real Estate Agent and which services they wanted to pay for. Along with helping the sellers and buyers, he is managing his firm with a team of more than 26 real estate agents.
