Overall project consisted of expansion and improvements in the sanctuary, including construction of a balcony for additional seating, installation of a lift to the choir stand for handicapped choir members, and relocation of the sound and media room. Exterior renovations included construction of a new two-story classroom addition and an adjoining two-tier concrete parking facility. The following photos illustrate construction of the temporary retaining wall erected to protect adjacent residences while building new parking and education facilities at the site.
PMBC – Temporary retaining wall utilizing oak timbers and I-beams was constructed during excavation for the new two-tier Parking Garage and two-story Classroom Facility.
PMBC – I-beams were placed in drilled shafts then wall sections were constructed as excavation was completed.
