Background SMEs are a very important element and the key to rein- force Thai economic growth. Public services to support SMEs are not fully utilized because; - They are provided separately by each organization. - SMEs do not know which service will best match their needs AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) in 2015 will put Thai SMEs face more severe competition. RISMEP is a mechanism to deliver SME support services at local area in an effective and efficient manner through an SME support network linking individuals and organizations engaged in SME support, and provides a “one-stop service” to introduce an appro- priate service.
