High-productivity, track-mounted jaw crushers with remote jaw adjustment. Operated by wireless remote control, the JXT and JHT process the hardest and most difficult materials, but with a greatly reduced risk of stoppages, damages and expensive repairs of most other jaw crushers.

The JXT and JHT are nearly identical. So which is the right choice for your application?

• The JXT is recommended when crushing the hardest materials or materials that may contain uncrushables on a continuing basis. It comes standard with the Tramp Iron Release & Blockage Clearance Systems

• The JHT is recommended for virgin material — like quarry rock or mining applica-tions — and not likely to contain uncrushables

JAW ADJUSTMENT• Hydraulics allow the jaw to be adjusted

quickly and easily by the wireless remote control or the control panel — Operational within minutes

• Low pressure hydraulic system uses common components for ease of maintenance

• Hydraulic cylinder combined with mechanical spring creates constant tension on the toggle without wear on hydraulic components — No tension bolts to loosen or re-tension to adjust the jaw opening

(660mm) from peak of jaw die to peak of jaw die on new and unworn dies — Measured without the jaw = 32” (810mm)

• Actual jaw size [Width (B)] measures 45” (1,143mm) inside of unworn liner plate to inside of unworn liner plate — Measured without the liner plates = 47” (1,194mm) dimension

• The larger the die opening, the larger the possible raw material size — Inconsistent measuring of jaw opening, either without dies, with heavily worn dies or from valley to valley of dies, results in misleading size claims and lower production capabilities — Accurate jaw sizing and true crushing action determine true production rates and profitability
