Optional Control Document Printing StationUsed in conjunction with Continuous Batch Processing, the Control Document Printing Station allows you to print your own Control Documents. The bar code gun can be used to scan an already bar-coded asset or preprinted bar-coded tag, label, deposit slip or ticket to create a Control Document. Or an operator can simply key in the desired numbers on the numeric keypad. Control Documents are printed and then perforated for easy removal from the printer.

1,000 Note Speed The JetScanTM MPS processes and automatically faces up to 1,000 notes per minute, including all U.S. denominations, old or new series. Tickets and coupons can also be processed intermixed with the currency.

High Capacity Feeder Automatic continuous feeder boasts a capacity of 2,000 notes, using a two- separator paddle system where different batches can be loaded, but kept separate for processing. Notes do not need to be sorted or face prior to processing.

Facing Module All notes are automatically faced with the integrated facing module built right into the transport path, eliminating the need to use multiple pockets for facing.

Fast Jam/Error Recovery In the event of a jam or error, the MPS halts operation immediately and directs the operator for quick recovery. Notes in the escrow pockets are automatically transferred to the cassettes, leaving only the few notes in the belt path to be reprocessed.

Suspect Note Detection All MPS models incorporate sophisticated counterfeit note detection technology, including ultraviolet, magnetic and fluorescence. For the very highest level of counterfeit detection, specify the MPS with the Advanced Scanning Module.

User-Friendly Software At the heart of the MPS is Cummins JetTouchTM Software, which facilitates operator control through selectable modes, allowing for a variety of customized processing applications. Double count ensures accuracy by performing a double verification of each note processed. As notes enter the system, the scanning module counts and identifies the denomination by simultaneously scanning both sides, with the two readings being correlated for accuracy. Each note is counted for a second time, as it passes through a final count sensor located within each escrow pocket.

Nearly twice the speed of competitive models, overall speed is not compromised when adding the strapping option that produces 10 straps per minute.To further maximize output, each strapping module is equipped with two collection bins, so when one bin becomes full, straps will be diverted to the second bin allowing for uninterrupted operation. Changing denominations is quick and easy. Additionally, straps can be imprinted with transaction data, including the operator/teller number, date, time and other additional text.

Control Documents, multiple transactions can be processed consecutively through the MPS without stopping.Each batch will maintain its own record as if processed individually. Any rejected documents needing reprocessing can be handled at any time, even while processing other batches. Once all notes are processed for a particular batch, that batch is automatically closed. This unique function ensures not only the integrity of each batch, but guarantees that batch totals cannot be intermixed.
