Digital data includes both unstructured (e.g., assisting custodians in finding relevant records on their Company-issued PCs) and structured (targeted collection from databases) global data sources. Core components of current position includes collection through process-driven phone sessions and data processing (i.e., decrypting email, verifying all files are readable, removing non-standard files, and loading into Clearwell eDiscovery Platform) of unstructured data. EDiscovery response activities also include interacting with inside and outside legal counsel to convey findings. The ability to understand and communicate complex IT constructs to non-technical personnel is another core capability of all team members.
