We made license agreements with NHK SPRING CO., LTD.(Japan) for pipe support & hanger, BRACKETT GREEN LTD.(UK)[Current Name : EIMCO U.S.A] for condenser tube cleaning systems & debris filter, ENVIROSERV Gmbh(Germany) for FGD(Flue Gas Desulphurisation) and ENVIROTHERM Gmbh(Germany) for EP(Electrostatic Precipitators). We are under the process of making a license agreement with ECISGROUP(Italy) for fuel gas supply systems.

We made an agent agreement with MUSTANG ENGINEERING, L.P. (U.S.A) to market Mustang’s technology, engineering, procurement and construction management services for LNG regasifciation, midscale liquefaction and horizontal LNG tank in Korea.

● It removes debris from cooling water in generating systems. We have performed persistent research and development focusing the improvement of materials and the sense of pressure to enhance the efficiency of filtration.

● It removes foreign substances in the condenser for improving thermal efficiency. We have conducted research and development on a sterilizer to extend the thermal efficiency of the steam condenser and increase ball recovery rate at the same time.

● It sustains the dead weight of pipe lines. Variable hangers and supports are used for high temperature piping systems which may be affected by thermal elongation. Constant hangers are accepted by various plants because they only require relatively small space.

● It is a steel pipe supplying cooling water from a circulation pump. For thermal plant, over 800 microns of epoxy paint is used on the interior of the pipe to prevent corrosion from salty water. Also polyethylene tape is wrapped along the exterior of the pipe.

● It removes sulphur oxide(Sox) and other acidic components(HCI, HF) from the flue gas. Especially, in coastal areas, seawater is often used as cooling medium in the condenser unit of power plants. Therefore, it is an auspicious alternative for these power plants to also use the seawater of the condenser unit as absorbent in the FGD for SO²-removal instead of wet limestone.

● Raw gas passes through the gas distribution internals, which are located in the conical inlet hood and enter the active collection area.

Corresponding with the required collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator, the dust-laden gas passes through several precipitator zones, which are arranged in series. The clean gas dust contents, which can be achieved, are below 10mg/m³

● It lowers pressure of natural gas to reasonable pressure, protects equipment from getting damaged by the decline of temperature in the process of lowering pressure and increases temperature to meet condition of the demand side.

● It is a gas storage and used during the changing time of fuel, from oil to gas and gas to oil.

● It removes dust and impurities included in gas, and protect the surround instruments.

● It has great insulation effect in low temperature environment. Therefore, it is used for low-temperature pipe which requires great mechanical strength, and preserves temperature of pipe. We developed two kind of cryogenic pipe support, PUB and PIR. PUB focuses on intensity to support pipe and PIR concentrates on cooling to prevent heat conduction.
