PREPARING FOR A SHOW:

• Be Prepared - you have 5 seconds to make an initial impression-give the attendees some thing to remember you by.

• Rehearse with your staff- practice finding a way to introduce yourself, your company, and what you have to offer, and why you are there to fit in a 3-5 time frame

• Display- prepare your display ahead of time/ create your image ahead of time, to help create a successful set up that you know will work within the space & look how you want it to

• Materials- have materials (business cards, info sheets, etc) available for attendees to take home with them.
