    WE NEED BOTH TYPES OF LEADERSHIP

    (in our schools and even in ourselves)

    Introverts are best in advisory roles; extroverts in

    persuasive roles. Extroverted leaders are best for

    passive followers, but for proactive initiative-

    takers, introverted leaders are more effective.
