About JBFFounded around 1930, JBF origi-nally supplied high-quality dou-ble-edged razor blades primarily for the Danish market and subse-quently expanded its product line with various shaving accessories.When double edged razors went out of fashion in the 1960s, JBF moved on to produce a wide vari-ety of blades for many purposes, including window scrapers. Similar to the Handy Straight, but with the head tilted forward 15°. This makes it easy to angle the scraper correctly on the glass and provides a more comfortable working position.

With its 300mm handle, the Handy 300 makes it easy to reach the bottom of the tank. Like the Handy Angled, the head of the Handy 300 is tilted forward 15° to make it easy to angle the scraper correctly on the glass.

All the features of the Aqua Triumph MK3 Straight, but with the head tilted forward 30°. This scraper has an ergonomic rubber handle, making it a pleasure to hold even when wet. The AQUA TRIUMPH scraper is a 150mm scraper fitted with a 140mm stainless steel blade. The blade is 10mm shorter than the scraper head to help avoid damaging the silicone seal in the corners of the aquarium.

The AQUA TRIUMPH also comes with a rubber squeegee insert, making it ideal for cleaning the outside of aquariums.

The handle of the AQUA TRIUMPH has a keyhole for easy attachment to an extension pole if you need more reach.

SPECIFIC CLEANING JOBJBF scrapers are available in various models with blade lengths up to 150mm for easy cleaning of all glass surfaces and other hard surfaces. The HANDY 300 is especially suit-able for cleaning surfaces that are difficult to reach without an awkward hand posi-tion. With a 70mm stainless steel HANDY blade inserted, the scraper is the ideal tool for cleaning the inner surfaces of aquari-ums. The blade is intentionally shorter than the scraper head to help avoid dam-aging the silicone seal of the aquarium.

How to change blades

How to scrape• Make sure the glass surface is

wet before scraping.• Scrape at an angle of 30-45° to

the glass.• Always push the scraper forward.

Avoid scraping aquarium back-grounds – the scraper will peel off the film.

• Always replace blades that appear damaged or corroded.

• To increase blade life, wipe off the water after use.

• Metal blades are not suitable for use on acrylic tanks.

How to use dispensers• Break off the safety tab before

first use.• Slide a blade out – the dispenser

safely extends one blade at a time.• Pull the blade out.• Deposit used blades in the slot

on the back of the dispenser, to ensure that no sharp blades are left lying around.

Changing bladesChanging the blade on a JBF scraper couldn’t be simpler.1. Press the small safety lock and

push it in.2. Pull out the blade holder from

the opposite side.3. Carefully reverse or replace the

blade with the holes aligned to the pins.

4. Push the blade holder back in.
