What is your program’s play level – Competition or Recreational?From our top of the line PVB-7000 and PVB-6500 Systems (pages 4-5), featuringtelescoping height adjustment to our PVB-1350 Multi-Purpose System (page 8)or outdoor systems (page 9), you can be sure of long lasting Jaypro quality.

Will the system be moved often or will they be used on avolleyball specific court?

If your system will be moved, we highly recommend a lightweight aluminumsystem. Steel systems are an alternative for stationary court layouts. Lookfor competition aluminum and steel competition systems on pages 4-8.

What size are your floor sleeves?It is important to properly measure the inside diameter of the floor sleeve,not the cover plate. (see image to right) For more information on Jaypro’s“Best in the Industry” floor sleeve, see page 12.

Floor sleeve size adaptors are available. This allows the use of 3-1/2” system withexisting 4” sleeves for example, see page 12.

Generally, floor sleeves are 3”, 3-1/2” or 4” I.D. Jaypro also has a system specifically designed forsecond floor applications where floor sleeves are not an option. (See page 12 for more details.)

How do I place an order? Preferably, see your local Jaypro Dealer. Schools and mu-nicipalities are required to fax, email or mail a purchase order to receive Net 30 terms.Prepaid orders can be placed with a credit card over the phone, on our website orcan be mailed in with a check. Confirmations will be sent via email only upon request.

How will my order ship? All small parcels ship via UPS or FedEx. Items marked withthe truck icon will ship via common carrier. A contact name and phone number arerequired for carrier convenience. Deliveries to a non-commercial address carry anadditional fee. Commercial addresses have a receiving dock/area and have someonepresent to offload and sign for deliveries during normal business hours. Drivers deliv-ering truck shipments are only required to move freight to the edge of their truck.Truck accessorial options (inside delivery, 24 hour notification, lift gates, etc.) carryadditional charges. All deliveries are FOB Waterford, CT or manufacturer. Refusedshipments will incur charges for both directions of travel and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Original freight will not be reimbursed. Express delivery may be availablefor small parcels. Please contact Customer Service for details.

When will I receive my order? Jaypro is committed to shipping orders for all stockitems within 48 hours. Once your order leaves our facility, transit times will vary from1-6 business days depending on your location. Out of stock or custom items, anditems shipped from separate locations may have extended lead-times.

Quotes: Quote requests may be faxed, mailed, or emailed at any time. Jaypro will re-turn a written quote including a quote number and expiration date. When ordering, acopy of the quote or the quote number must be referenced for the pricing to be hon-ored. All verbal quotes (pricing and freight) are estimates only. Jaypro is not responsi-ble for honoring verbal estimates as pricing and freight costs are subject to changewithout notice.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are in US dollars.

Discrepancies & Returns: All discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of theship date. Jaypro is not responsible for any claims after 30 days. We reserve the rightto replace, repair or refund as appropriate.

Returns: Jaypro will accept the authorized return of all standard products for any rea-son within 30 days of the ship date. SPECIAL ORDER/ CUSTOM COLOR ITEMS ARENOT RETURNABLE. Customers must obtain a return authorization number from Jayproafter supplying the invoice number, item number, and reason for return. Please con-tact Jaypro prior to making any returns as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.Customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee and return freight charges. Originalfreight charges will not be reimbursed. All returned merchandise must be in its origi-nal packaging and must include the return authorization number on the label.

Freight Damages & Discrepancies: Damages or shortages must be reported within 30days of the ship date. It is the responsibility of the customer to sign the delivery re-ceipt as damaged or short. Jaypro is allowed by the carrier 30 days from the deliverydate to file a claim on shipments with noted damage or shortages and 10 days on con-cealed damage. If Jaypro is notified within this time frame, we will replace as needed

and file the claim with the carrier. If we are notified after this time frame, it is the re-sponsibility of the customer to secure settlement with the carrier and to purchase re-placements.

Payment Terms: We accept checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.Approved schools and municipalities are required to submit a purchase order and willbe billed Net 30 from the invoice date. In our efforts to go paperless, invoices will onlybe emailed, therefore an email address must be provided on the purchase order. Weencourage customers to make ACH payments whenever possible. Please contact ouraccounting department for required set-up information. All past due accounts are sub-ject to a 1.5% per month (18% per year) interest charge and collection costs. Returnedchecks will result in processing fees added to customer accounts and may result insuspension of credit privileges. The check writer is also responsible for all other checkrecovery costs ($35 fee), including attorneys’ fees, court costs, and taxes.

Tax: Connecticut residents are subject to 6.35% sales tax and New Jersey residentsare subject to 7% sales tax unless a copy of the tax exempt form or resale certificate isprovided. Tax exemption is only applicable if the purchase and payment are made bythe exempt organization. Personal purchases for the organization are not tax exempt.

Warranty & Product Information: Limited Warranty: Jaypro warrants most of our prod-ucts against defects in workmanship and material for three years from the date ofshipment, unless otherwise noted in the catalog. Nets are warranted for one year.Warranties on other manufacturer’s products shown in our catalog may vary and aresubject to change without notice. Normal deterioration of products due to weather,wear and tear or other causes that do not affect the functional use are not covered bythe warranty. In no case do we warrant any product’s safe and useful life to be greaterthan twelve years. Alteration or modification of the product voids any warranty. Jayproreserves the right to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Please contact Jayprofor instructions and return authorization. This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieuof all other warranties, expresses or implied, including warranties of merchantabilityand fitness for a particular purpose. Jaypro shall not be liable for any incidental orconsequential damages of any nature whatsoever. This warranty gives you specificlegal rights, and may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Product Redesign: Jaypro reserves the right to redesign or change material of prod-ucts shown in this catalog in order to improve safety, durability, or value.

Warning: All sporting activities carry the risk of injury to the participants. Improperlymaintained equipment and inadequately supervised programs are significant con-tributing factors. All equipment must be thoroughly inspected and maintained to re-duce risk to the users.
