Coimbatore, India specialised in Pattern Making. Our service is a combination

of traditional and modern techniques to provide a precision yet cost effective

pattern service. For over 27 years, Jayes Industries has been providing Pattern

making services to customers throughout India. We have a successful team of

quality pattern work for all kinds industries. We make Aluminium, wood, cast

iron patterns through CNC & conventional routers.

Jayes Industries is equipped with the latest in machinery and equipment. A

full machining service is available to our pattern shop customers.

Pattern Making

Pattern making is a process of translating the engineering drawings into

foundry tooling so that an accurate casting is made out of it. Patterns are full-

size models of the finished casting. This is the basic process of product

development.
