Hello lovely Key Clubbers, I hope you all had a lovely holiday season and New Year. I thoroughly enjoyed having a white Christmas this year! Although, I didn’t appreciate the fact that my car was iced over for a couple days. I just came back from Winter Board this past weekend. Our district has a lot of great things planned for you guys, especially since District Convention is coming up! I’ll be going there this year. I hope to see everyone attend DCON this year. Remember, you can always ask your Kiwanis clubs to help you out! That’s what they’re there for. Good luck with your new semester! Keep up your grades and enjoy the last few months of your term.

Christina Koo

Division Election Conference

What is a Division Election Conference, or DEC? It’s the event where we elect our Lieutenant Governor for the next Key Club Year. Each club is allowed to send up to four voting delegates to select our next Lieutenant Governor. It’s imperative that every club

comes so that the election will be as accurate and fair as possible!

Who can run for Lieutenant Governor?

Any Key Club member in good standing is allowed to run.

Thus, your club must show that they’ve started paying dues, and you must be an active member

of your club who isn’t graduating this year. If you’re

interested, email me at [email protected] or

give me a call or text at 817-915-0278 so I can get you

the candidacy forms.
