HOPE What a powerful word! So many things that we do have the basis of hope em- bedded into the fabric. The new year brings HOPE to all of us.. Catholic Schools Week Jan. 31– Feb. 5 is a celebration of Catho- lic schools. We have so many things to celebrate! As Catholic schools continue to work to provide in-person instruction , deal with daily COVID challenges, and make plans to alter instruction al- most on a daily basis, we can celebrate this important week as a true testament of strength and perseverance. Learn and Pray Like A Champion Eve- ryday The pictures below exemplify our daily goal of learning and praying like a champion everyday. We do a lot of both!     Student attendance rate in 2020/2021 for the first semester (K-4) (64 days): 95.92%. Due to remote/in-person for MS, the percentage is not computed in-to the K-4 %.

  • 1. All staff, students, visi-tors will have their tempera-ture checked prior to enter-ing the build-ing each morn-ing. 2. All staff, students, visi-tors will wear a mask while in the building unless eating breakfast or lunch. 3. Any staff, student, visitor with a tempera-ture of 100 or greater will not enter the build-ing and will leave campus. 4. All staff, students, visi-tors will sani-tize their hands once entering the building with hand sani-tizer that will be stationed near the point of entry. 5. Once stu-dents have their tempera-ture checked they will go directly to their classroom unless they are eating break-fast and they will go to the lunchroom. 6. Students will need to bring their own mask and keep with them at all times. 7. Students will need to bring a water bottle labeled with their name. 8. All students will need to bring their book bag and laptop if/when necessary.

    1. Dismissal will begin at 3:10 with indi-vidual classes dismissed in intervals until 3:25. (Class dismissal schedule will be released prior to the first day of school.) 2. Students, par-ents/families are asked to congregate away (at least 30 feet) from the exit doors and to main-tain social distancing. 3. Masks may be taken off after exiting the building while main-taining social distancing.

    School cancellations due to weather or if

    any alteration in schedule needs to be

    made due to COVID, we will announce through:

    flocknote, email, facebook and twitter. In the event of

    weather, the plan will always be to try to announce in

    the evening to help families better prepare. Signing up

    for flock note is highly recommended in order to ob-

    tain important, and sometimes urgent, school

    information. You can download the app. Look

    for the logo.

    are awaiting to take the test,

    or results, please keep your

    child home as a precaution.

    Their absence will be excused

    and we will certainly work

    with them to get them caught

    up. We would rather focus on

    preventing the possible

    spread than risk possible ex-

    posure. Always remember to

    communicate with us to keep

    us informed of your situation

    so we can help provide guid-

    ance regarding attendance.
