Chaplain’s Message

Will you be making resolutions for 2019? How

many did you make and keep for 2018? Goals sound

like a more doable thing to do. We should welcome

a new year with hopes, goals and even dreams.

There is one thing that is guaranteed in life; there

will always be change. Sometimes it can be for the

good, like a new job, a new addition to the family or

an opportunity that you have waited a long time to

come along.

There is also what many call the “valley” in living

life. No one welcomes the time we spend in the

“valley” and yet that can be a time of allowing God

to feed your heart and soul. It is a time to reflect that

we are just passing through this earth and on our

way to some better place. God promises rest, peace

and no more pain or tears when we, His children,

will see Him face to face. What a glorious day that

will be, amen.
