Sector Agencies 5-year goals

4.2 Quantitative Goals (Illustrative)

9

Specific quantitative goals and annual milestones for each roadmap.

Detailed set of activities and tasks that would be required to achieve the identified milestones.

Activities and tasks would include projects such as building infrastructure, like flyovers, sewage treatment plants, policy changes like paid parking, car free zones, mandatory waste segregation and institutional reforms like a 5 year term for the Mayor, changes to Cadre and Recruitment rules, etc.

Clearly defined ownership for each activity and responsibilities ear marked to the relevant agency and individual.

Roadmaps will clearly elucidate the metrics that will form part of the quarterly dashboards for review of progress against milestones and provide templates for review meetings and status updates.
