15 Give thanks for the youth activities in the church and ask God’s blessing on the young people and leaders.

16 In the stormy weather we are Comfortable but remember those who are homeless and sleeping rough—and those who provide food and shelter.

17 Give thanks for everyone who leads us in worship. Give thanks for the people who read God’s Word. Give thanks for the music and for those who lead us in prayer.

18 Pray for all Pastors, Priests and Ministers in Prestwick and Ayr that the power of the Holy Spirit will strengthen them in their work for Him.

19 Ask that the Holy Spirit touch the hearts of each one of the church fami-ly at worship today, enabling us to grow in the surrounding love of God.

20 Pray for increased faith remembering that all things are possible Zeph 3:17

21 All of us who make up the Church can be very different in many ways. However, one of the things that brings us together is our love for Christ and each other. Pray for one and another.

8 Pray for all the organisations in our Church starting back after the Christmas break.

9 Give thanks for the C.I.A. Project which has enabled local churches to share in service to the community.

10 Pray for the unemployed. Ask in His name that their confidence be strengthened, their talents recognised and their efforts to find a job be realised, through Him.

11 Pray for God’s Church worldwide. Pray for strength and protection for our brothers and sisters in Christ facing persecution, hardship and death for the sake of Jesus.

12 As the Gathering starts today at Monkton pray that we will see new and familiar faces coming together to learn and share and to grow in faith.

13 Pray for the Samaritans. Ask God to strengthen and uphold all those who voluntarily give their time and offer a listening ear to folks in despair.

14 Pray for those in our Church family who are ill, housebound or in Care Homes. Pray too for those suffering from stress and depression. Surround them with your comfort and peace.

1 Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Psalm 100:2.

2 In the morning Lord you hear my voice; in the morning, I lay my requests be-fore you and wait in expectation. Psalm 5:3

3 Give thanks for those who make our Church beautiful, not only at Christmas, but all year through.

4 Pray that our Church will be filled with the joy of the Lord.

5 As we come to church today, pray for a fresh anointing on David as he leads the church family in worship and praise.

6 Ask Gods protection for all people liv-ing with sectarian violence in the Central African Republic. Pray for the Christian community in Bangui, that the emergency relief being provided by “Open Doors” would reach those most in need.

7 Pray Gods richest blessings on the leaders of the young church as they help our young people to grow in their faith.
