Top Stories “All School” Takes Part in Silent ReflecƟon on the Words of Dr. King Every day, every month, every year -- all of us have something to learn from the life, legacy, and wisdom of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. For the sixth consecutive year at BFS, the Ofϐice of Equity and Inclusion has arranged for a speech by Dr. King [beginning with "I have a dream"] to be played on the video monitors in the lobbies of the school buildings. Follow-up activities take place in classes, and the Preschool holds a march and gathering in the Pearl Street lobby. This year's speech is "What is in your life's blueprint?" It is especially signiϐicant because Dr. King was addressing the student body at Barratt Junior High School in Philadelphia (Oct. 26, 1967) Read excerpt. It's Reenrollment Time! SchoolclassesweretreatedtoaRoscadeReyes,asweetovalcakesymbolizingthecrownsof
thethreekings(LosReyes)inwhichbaby igurinesarehidden.Thestudentwhosesliceof
