It has been our practice for decades to generate Market Reports every quarter reflecting closed residential transactions, and compare the data to the same period of time from the prior year. We use the Long Island Multiple Listings Service as our source.

Since the residential real estate market is indeed a “local” business with individual markets often behaving independently of each other, we generate separate Market Reports for the areas serviced by our 25 Offices.

Please note that within this magazine, the Market Reports are presented first by Queens followed by Nassau then Suffolk counties, and then alphabetically within those counties.

We hope these reports are of use to you, and invite you to contact any of our 600 sales associates with your questions.
