emotionality at 16-months postterm on precursors of executive function, visual-spatial reasoning, and nonverbal comprehension abilities assessed at 24-months postterm.

- Role: Principal Investigator - Amount: $26,368 (total) - Period: 7/1/2008-6/30/2009 - The goals of the project were to (1) identify maternal and home environment factors that impact

children’s early neurocognitive development among high- and lower-risk cohorts and (2) determine the extent to which individual differences in neurocognitive skills exist among at-risk children, and the extent to which these differences are attributable to home environment, maternal characteristics, and parenting behaviors.
