As Director of the Global Centre for Evidence-based Corrections and Sentencing I developed memorandum of understanding ( MOUs) covering collaborative research faculty exchange and visits and student exchange joint course development with the following institutions University of Glasgow George Mason University University of the Virgin Islands University of California Irvine Florida State University Rutgers University and the University of Shizoka In addition the Centre included over 100 individual consortium and advisory board members from over 30 countries representing each global region We also developed close research and program development ties with Queensland Corrective Services in the area of performance measurement and evidence-based program development in prison and community corrections

At University of Massachusetts Lowell (2011-2012) Developed partnership agreement with University of Glasgow for faculty exchange and summer course offerings and organized fall 2012 presentation by Fergus McNeill Professor University of Glasgow for corrections officials in Massachusetts We also developed a MOU with the Middlesex County Massachusetts Sheriffrsquos Office covering research collaboration
