Outage Optimizer, an e-business website that was created to assist GE Power Systems' customers in planning regularly scheduled outages that occur on their GE turbines and generators. Used GE’s e-PMM methodology to manage bleeding-edge, objected-oriented Java development from initial version through 3 additional maintenance releases. Responsibilities included IT scheduling, budgeting and resources planning for virtual team of over 25 individuals spread between Georgia, North Carolina and New York.
