About The Developers

Jacob’s Edge is brought to you by Home Improvement Associates LLC, a local real estate development com-pany based in South Hadley, Massachusetts.

Established in 1986 by area builders Alan Tabin and Edward Cauley, the business has successfully com-pleted both commercial and residential construction projects over the past two-plus decades. Home Im-provement Associates celebrates its 25th anniversaryin 2011.

Large-scale projects have included the Loomis Community Villa Conversion, the U-Mass Student Housing Renova-tion, and the Appleton Corporation’s 150 Unit Kitchen Upgrade.
