dura crib ® cribbing blocks optimise safety when stabilising heavy loads after they have been lifted for maintenance and access.

dura crib ® plastic blocking systems o�er more stable, longer lasting and easily cleaned alternates to wood blocks. They have an aggressive patterned slip resistant pyramid locking surface for stable cribbing, chocking, bracing and shoring.

dura stat ® plastic blocking systems o�er the same advantages, but are designed for a single layer to allow loads or products to be easily picked up. It is similar in its surface to wood, without the splinters!

dura stat ® products are available in profiles of 50mm x 50mm up to 300mm x 400mm and in lengths of 3600mm.

Unlike wood, dura crib ® and dura stat ® plastic products o�er a stable, predictable and high load bearing capacity which ultimately deforms only slowly under extreme load. Safety is a major driver in the switch away from old fashioned wooden blocks, which audibly crack under high loads. Also, environmental issues and the simple economics of paying a little more for a dura crib ® and dura stat ® plastic product with a 50 year warranty* are other strong incentives for change.

The unique feature of the hybrid jacking and cribbing block is the three side notches. This feature allows the blocks to interlock to a maximum height of 3 times the length of the block andprovide secure stacking performance and stability in the event of unintentional movement. dura stat® block and gluts are load rated support products. They can be used when high load bearing capacity support blocks are needed for storing equipment and machinery. Ideal for outdoor and indoor use, the blocks will not absorb �uids including fuels, oils and most common industrial chemicals. Warping, splintering and support failure can begin with traditional timber blocks after just a very short time when exposed to the elements and aging. Being made from 100% recycled Plastic (HDPE) the dura stat blocks and gluts are resistant to the e�ects of the aging process.
