Jack Abramoff magically appears as a buyer and screws the guy over by not paying him. The guy ends up dead. Jeb Bush orders all papers shredded and Bob Ney, Republican Congressman from Ohio, puts it in the Congressional record that Boulis should sell to Abramoff.
