The larger accumulator in the JB-Series Breaker createshigher impact force while minimizing impact vibration.This in turn reduces damage and wear to both machineand breaker. The simplistic but effective design of JABBreakers make them easier on both excavators and fuelconsumption.JAB Breaker chisels are now made from larger diametersections to reduce breakages. The lower section of the boxhousing is made from tough, abrasion resistant material foruse in harsh environments.

The simplistic oil flow design enables the correct impactforce to be synchronized with the speed of each blowand the particular application, improving efficiency andsaving you time.Operator can control the ratio of impact energy to impactrate so as to maximize percussive performance.

The front head, the cylinder and the backhead of the main body are tightly fixedwith four through bolts.

Kinetic energy of the piston isconverted into hammering energyafter hitting the tool.The hammering energy transmitted to the tool breaks rocks.

The front head supports the whole breaker.The thrust ring and the thrust bush preventsshock from the tool.

Tool

The specially heat-treated tool isdirectly applied to break rocks.It is used as Moil point, Chisel andBlunt tool according to application(optional).

The cylindrical control valve is built in thevalve housing and it controls Pistonreciprocation.

Optimized Piston Design

Membrane-type accumulators assist with power stroke andprovide protection against hydraulic impact while the sealednitrogen minimizes and guarantees constant production.

To keep the most efficiency of power,the piston is in contact with thesurface to the tool for energy transfer.Kinetic energy of the piston convertedinto hammering energy when the hitsthe tool and consequently rock isbroken effectively.

It occurs frequently variouschanges of oil pressure insideof hammer during the operation.This valve can block any damagefrom the high impact energycausing of changes of oilpressure against to excavator.

This slip fit lower tool bushing isdesigned for easy field replacementand can be rotated 90 degrees forextended service life.

Ensures proper operating pressure at any flowrate within the specification range.
