I am grateful for the opportunity to work as intern at AIA Marketing Department after completing YLDP. In the six-week internship, I took every task seriously and learned that every detail counts towards the brand image.

香港及澳門大學生已完成培訓獎勵計劃，透過一系列

的活動擴闊視野、培養領袖特質，更有機會於友邦實

習，為未來事業發展作準備。

歡迎本地大學之二年級至三年級學生參與Year two to three undergraduate students in Hong Kong are welcome to join

申請學生必須為香港永久居民，而學業成績達至GPA3.1或以上，及有志服務社會

Applicants must be Hong Kong permanent residents with a GPA 3.1 or above, and are committed to giving back to the society

Young Leaders Development Programme (YLDP) is

one of the flagship programmes under the AIA

Foundation (AIAF) with the aim to shape talented

university students to become socially responsible

leaders of tomorrow. The programme is AIA’s long

term commitment to nurture a healthier and more

productive next generation human capital to drive the

social and economic development of our society.

This year, YLDP marks its 21st anniversary. Over the

years, more than 470 university students from Hong

Kong and Macau have been trained in YLDP. On top of

exclusive internship opportunity at AIA, a series of

structured training are provided to broaden students’

horizons and develop their leadership traits for future

career development.

歷奇領袖訓練營Adventure and Leadership Camp

訓練營讓學生跳出舒適區，從體驗中學習，增強學生解決問題之技巧、領導能力及逆境處理能力。The camp aims at enhancing students’ problem-solving skills, leadership and adversity quality. Students will have a new learning experience and stretch their comfort zone.

就業工作坊 Career Workshop

同學透過連串活動深入了解自己的性格，為未來就業及人生目標訂立方向。

職場溝通技巧 Workplace Communications

職業導向分析Career Orientation

模擬面試Mock Interview

The activities will allow students to have an in-depth understanding of themselves, so that they can set clearer goals for their career and life.

Students volunteer to make Chinese New Year food for the elderly and serve the underprivileged children.

頒獎典禮 Award Ceremony

熱刺教練分享Sharing session by Hotspur’s HK-based coaches

由英超勁旅熱刺派駐香港的教練團親身分享帶領及激勵球隊的心法，讓同學從活動中學習領導技巧。

Hotspur’s HK-based coaches to teach sports coaching skills and share their experience to lead a winning team. Students will be inspired from the engaging activities.
