for a period upto March 2017 for a category of Red as per revised classification of industrial sector,subject to the following terms and conditions in a time bound manner:

1. The consent granted by the Board is restricted to Prevention and Control of Pollution only and shall not hetreated as substitute of permission required under other laws of the land.

2. The consent is granted valid for the manufacture of the products / by-products consented quantity as underwith capital investment as per schedule II Rs. 5117 lacs. Any change I enhancement in productioncapacity, process, raw materials shall have be intimated to the board and unit holder has to apply freshfor the same

4. Compliance under Air Ac t:

fe et5. Pollution Control Equipments & Measures: The unit holder has to operate and maintain a comprehensive air pollution control

system i.e. Roof Extractors, Exhaust fans, Stack of 100 feet height to achieve the quality of emission within the tolerance limitsprescribed under environment protection act 1986.

6. Compliance under Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules 2000 as amended :The unit holder shall take adequate measures for control of noise from its own sources within the premises so as to maintain ambientair quality standards in respect of noise to less than 75 db(A) during day time and 70 db(A) during night time. Daytime is reckonedill between 6am to l Opm and night time is 10pm to 6arn.

7. Compliance under Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016 dated 18-3-2016.x. Self Monitoring Schedule: The unit holder shall get the samples of treated emissions and effluents analysed from the J&K SPCB

laboratory or laboratory approved by the J&K SPCB and submit self monitoring report by January 2017 for ascertaining the efficacy01' pollution control devices to check the quality of emission as per limits prescribed under environment protection act 1986.

l). The unit holder shall comply with the additional conditions as stipulated below :-1. lhe Consent is valid for the Operation of unit only. The unit holder can only manufacture products, at the rate of production

as mentioned in consent order.I!. The unit holder has to keep a record of the Environmental data monitored regularly with regard to operation and maintenance

of pollution control devices viz Air Pollution and Water Pollution Control to achieve the desired standards notified in EP Act.iii. Pollution Control Devices (ETP/ECD) as contemplated to achieve the quality of emission within the tolerance limits

prescribed, shall have to be operational during the course of production. The emission shall not contain constituents in excessof the tolerance limits as laid down by J & K State Pollution Control Board.

iv. The unit holder shall be liable to pay compensation in case any damage is caused to the environment.v. The unit holder shall abide by the directions of the Board which will be issued from time to time. Any infringement/violation

or transgression of the statutory enactments of pollution control acts by the unit, shall be sufficient cause to prosecute theviolator in conformity with relevant section of Air / Water Acts and Environment Protection Act in force.

VI. The unit shall be under surveillance monitoring of J & K State Pollution Control Board.VII. The unit holder shall provide adequate arrangement for fighting the accidental leakages/discharge of any air pollutant/gas/liquid

from the vessel. machinery etc. which are likely to cause fire hazard including environmental pollution.viii. I'he unit holder should apply 60 days in advance for renewal of consent before expiry the date of this Consent order.ix. The consent is vutid upto March 2017 as per the validity of authorization and for further extension of consent the unit

holder has to complyfor the Hazardous Waste (Management & Trunsboundary Movement) Rules 2016 and makes anycaptive scientific disposalfacility or arrangement for sharing (~f authorized disposalfacllity is ensured, otherwise an actionas warranted under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules 2016 ,tlt: 4-4-2016 shall be taken read with EP Act J 986.

x. In case of violation of above mentioned conditions or any public complaint the consent shall be withdrawn.

* This consent is issued purely from environmental angle and the Board shall not be responsible for any claim, counterclaim, ownership, partnership etc. of the unit.
