First time wizard

After registering your device with the iXware Cloud Services Product Activation form (as shown
above) several e-mails will be sent to the “Administrator e-mail address”.
Depending on your license, there will always be one e-mail containing the logon credentials to log
on to the iXware Cloud Services website and several other e-mails for configuring the various
storages like Scan to GoogleDrive, Scan to SharePoint (365), Scan to OneDrive (365) and Scan to
Dropbox.
These storages can be configured by clicking on the link “Configure Storage” that is provided in the
e-mail (see figure 2).

After you click on this link, a wizard will be started and first you will be asked to log on to the
iXware Cloud Services website. After logging on, the wizard will guide you through the rest of the
configuration process.
How to configure these storages manually, when logged on to the iXware Cloud Services, is
described in section 3.6 Your Workflows under subsection Storage.

In the iXware Cloud Services every device is registered by its serial number.
As we do not recommend changing most of the settings here, this setting for changing the serial
number can be handy if an existing device is replaced by a new one with a new serial number.
Here you can put in the new serial number.
In this way the AppStudio ConnectKey Apps will be made available automatically for this new
device after they are enabled for this device in the Xerox ConnectKey Appstudio.
3.4 Fax
The fax number assigned to a device for receiving faxes will be visible here.
3.5 Users
All the users associated with your registration will be visible here.

In this section all the workflows can be found and configured.
