If you’re looking for a fun and

original place to host your child’s party then

look no further. Our Splashtastic Aquarena

Pool parties are the answer! Your party

consists of an hour’s exclusive use of

the pool with the option of Waterwalkerz,

inflatables and flume, followed by 45

minutes in our studio, for your self catered

party food.

Please note adult to child ratios exist for all children attending

under the age of 8. Please ask at reception

for further details.

Parties are held at the following times:Thursdays: (School holidays only)14.00 to 14:55 in pool, followed by party tea room hire 15:15 to 16:00

Saturdays:13:00-13:55 in pool, followed by party tea room hire 14:15-15:00

14:00 to 14:55 in pool, followed by party tea room hire 15:15 to 16:00

Sundays: 13:00 to 13:55 in pool, followed by party tea room hire 14:15 to 15:00

Field Place offers a unique and picturesque setting for your child’s party. Set in 8 acres of landscaped grounds, Field Place is convenient with plenty of parking and lots of open space for youngsters to play.

The Henty room is located in the main house. This spacious room with access onto a lawn area is ideal for parties for younger children. For parties up to 25 children.

The Pavilion is a separate building adjacent to the Bowling Greens and is popular for older children and larger parties. The Pavilion can comfortably accommodate parties of 60 or more.

Other facilities at Field Place include putting green, children’s playground and model railway (summer only). Parties are self-catering only. Room hire is for 4 hours to include set up and clear away.

Access to your party tea room is normally available •30 minutes before your party tea is due to start. (This does not apply to Field Place).

Please be aware that some children attending your •party may have food allergies.

You will need to supply napkins, plates and cups •for your parties – we strongly recommend you use disposables.

Please provide adequate adult supervision during •the party tea.

We will need to be told the exact •number of children attending prior to the party to ensure your party tea room is set up accordingly.

At the end of your party, we would be grateful if •you would remove any leftover food and place all rubbish in bin bags.

None of our venues offer kitchen, food preparation, •refrigeration or washing up facilities.

Party food should be brought ready prepared in •suitable containers.

Trampolining

partiesFor over 5 year olds only.

Please be aware that younger

children may find the required

level of concentration

difficult to maintain. Socks must be

A combination of activities – races, indoor

athletics and team games. Perfect for

energetic 7 to 10 year olds. Maximum of 16

children. Available to book with or without

one of our instructors.

Mini assault partiesNumerous obstacles to go up, down, over, under and through! Ideal for 6 to 9 year olds with plenty of energy. Maximum of 16 children. Only available to book with an instructor.

Roller-skating parties

Our Saturday Roller Disco sessions continue

to be popular and now are your chance to

have your own private Roller party! Music

provided. Bring your own CDs to skate and

party with friends.

Maximum of 20 children. Recommended

minimum age is 7. Only 2 adults to skate

at the same time as the children. Please

contact reception for further details.

Sport parties: Basketball, Football,

Netball or Unihoc Suitable for slightly older children who are

particularly keen on one of these sports.

Maximum of 16 children. Parties comprise of

an hour of your chosen activity followed by 45

minutes for self-catered teas.Activities take place in the main hall or

gymnasium. Party teas are in the sports /

arts hall (if unavailable an alternative will be

provided). Available to book with or without

one of our instructors


Amazon Adventure partiesThis play paradise is a great place for party fun.Three air-conditioned floors of supervised soft play for all children up to 1.5 metres tall (4’11”).No weather worries, it’s all indoors! There ‘s a giant snake

slide, aerial walkways, ramps and rockers, all jungle themed to add to the fun.Maximum of 50 children.Ask about our party food package.

Bouncy Castle parties Big bouncy castles mean big bouncy fun for the average 3 – 8 year old.Good times and games with our staff

supervisor keeping control!Maximum of 20 children.

PARTY TIPS & USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking procedures vary at each location. Please telephone

the venue of your choice to discuss your requirements

and check availability and payment details.

We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before your party is due to

start, in order to meet and greet your guests. We strongly recommend that

you take an emergency contact telephone number for every child attending.

If a child becomes unwell, it is essential to be

able to contact their parent /carer.

Please advise all guests to wear the appropriate clothing and footwear for

your chosen activity. If in doubt, please seek advice at the time of booking.

We provide free colour invitation cards to all our parties

– just let us know how many you need.

Please do not send out invitations to your guests

until your booking has been confirmed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONSIn the event of cancellation, a charge will be made in accordance with our standard conditions of hire.Please ensure that you arrange adequate adult supervision based on the number of children attending. Please discuss with the venue of your choice when making your booking.
