Iterlene IN/400 L ANTISTRIPPING AGENTS FOR HOT MIXES 1. APPLICATION ITERLENE IN/400 L is a liquid antistripping agent that: Guarantees a perfectly stable bond between bitumen and aggregates in any application condition (i.e. moisture, low ambient temperatures, acid nature aggregates) Ensures a mechanical stability. Reduces loss of stability Is highly compatible with bitumen without modifying its physical characteristics (penetration, softening point and rheological properties). ITERLENE IN/400 L as the following advantages: Suitable for hot, humid weather countries. Allows to convert the aggregates’ behaviour from hydrophilic to hydrophobic. Capable to enhance the bond between bitumen and dust- covered, acid aggregates (quartzite, porphyry, etc.). ITERLENE IN/400 L can be introduced either in line during the production process or directly in the binder’s tank. The product is essential to prevent the following pavement damages Aggregates loss Surface potholes Bitume non attivato Bitume attivato WITHOUT ANTISTRIPPING AGENTS WITH ANTISTRIPPING AGENTS Non activated Bitumen Activated Bitumen

Iterlene IN/400 L ANTISTRIPPING AGENTS FOR HOT MIXES 1. APPLICATION

ITERLENE IN/400 L is a liquid antistripping agent that: Guarantees a perfectly stable bond between bitumen and aggregates in

any application condition (i.e. moisture, low ambient temperatures, acid nature aggregates)

Ensures a mechanical stability. Reduces loss of stability Is highly compatible with bitumen without modifying its physical

characteristics (penetration, softening point and rheological properties).

ITERLENE IN/400 L as the following advantages:

Suitable for hot, humid weather countries. Allows to convert the aggregates’ behaviour from hydrophilic to

hydrophobic. Capable to enhance the bond between bitumen and dust-

covered, acid aggregates (quartzite, porphyry, etc.). ITERLENE IN/400 L can be introduced either in line during the production process or directly in the binder’s tank.

The product is essential to prevent the following pavement damages
