We support strategic and analytical responses to maximize the value and opportunities of the business and clients. Our goal is to provide result-oriented analyses to form implementations and stellar results. Project Mission Statement Phase One: Personal Computer Purchase - Produce an informative presentation that provides options to choose from. - Order materials and set up personal workstation. - Demonstrate how to perform task on computer through workshops. Phase Two: Cell Phone Plan Upgrade - Provide clients with suggestions of the most reputable cell phone brands. - Visit cell phone store to speak with representative for assistance with the pricing of cell phone plans and devices. - Demonstrate how to use cellular device and notify clients of useful features. The quote from the cell phone company the group obtained will allow our client to confidently upgrade his phone knowing upfront the great deal he is receiving. Future Recommendations - Use your time wisely and delegate as earlier as possible. Time can quickly get away from you because of scheduling conflicts, so prepare secondary dates and complete tasks as soon as possible. Project Results and Future Recommendations The project consisted of finding out our clients’ needs and meeting them within a semester’s time frame. We had to find out what our client would like to learn, provide them with a choice of technologies that would accomplish tasks they would like to complete, develop a process to teach them said skills, and make sure the quality of our work is outstanding throughout life of the project.
