I lotti di prodotto finito subiscono il collaudo in termini di validazioni prestazionali (caratteristiche fisico-meccaniche, saldabilità, tenuta). I lotti standard rappresentativi, vengono periodicamente testati da laboratori esterni accreditati, in termini di idoneità al contatto con alimenti (test di cessione-migrazione, verifica concentrazione addittivi e componenti soggetti a registrazioni, concentrazione residui volatili, ecc.) e conformità a requisiti specifici alle norme tecniche di riferimento (UNI, ISO, ecc.). Alucart è particolarmente attenta all’evoluzione dei mercati e consapevole della criticità del settore alimentare. In considerazione delle norme cogenti (Regolamento CE N.2023/2006) e delle pressanti richieste della GDO, si è avvicinata sempre più al Cliente, soddisfacendo i requisiti igienico-sanitari degli ambienti di lavoro, con la preservazione del prodotto da possibili contaminazioni in tutte le fasi del processo produttivo, nonché relativamente ai requisiti di idoneità dell’imballaggio, implementando il Sistema di Gestione degli aspetti igienico-sanitari conformemente allo standard BRC / IOP.

VALUE TAKES SHAPE The finished production batches go through quality control to validate the performance (physical-mechanical characteristics, weldability, strength). The standard representative batches are periodically tested in external accredited laboratories, in terms of suitability for contact with food (test for transfer-migration, verification of the concentration of additives and components subject to records, concentration of volatile compounds, etc.) and compliance with specific requirements related to technical standards (UNI, ISO, etc.). Alucart is particularly attentive to the evolution of the markets and is aware of the importance of the food sector. In light of the relevant legislation (Rule CE N.2023/2006) and the pressing demands of the distribution network, Alucart has moved closer to

the Client, satisfying hygienic-sanitary requirements of the workplace, preserving the product from possible contamination in all phases of the production process, as well as the requirements of the packaging, implementing the Management System of the hygiene-sanitary aspects conforming to the BRC / IOP standard.

LA VALEUR PREND FORME Les lots de production achevés passent par un contrôle de qualité pour valider leur performance (caractéristiques physiques et mécaniques, soudabilité, résistance). Les lots représentatifs standard sont régulièrement testés dans des laboratoires externes agréés, en termes d’adéquation au contact avec les aliments (test de transfert-migration, vérification de la concentration d’additifs et de composants soumis à mesures, concentration de composés volatils, etc.) et le respect des exigences spécifiques relatives aux normes techniques (UNI, ISO, etc).Alucart est particulièrement attentif à l’évolution des marchés et est conscient de l’importance du secteur alimentaire. Die standardmäßig repräsentativen Chargen werden regelmäßig in externen akkreditierten Labors hinsichtlich der Eignung für den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln (Test für Transfer-Migration, Überprüfung der Konzentration der Zusatzstoffe und Komponenten gemäß den Aufzeichnungen, die Konzentration flüchtiger Verbindungen, usw.) und der Einhaltung spezifischer Anforderungen technischer Standards (UNI, ISO, usw.) getestet. Alucart verfolgt die Entwicklung der Märkte besonders aufmerksam und ist sich der Bedeutung der Lebensmittelindustrie bewusst. Sempre in linea con il progresso e l’innovazione, nel 2010 Alucart ha investito nell’acquisto di nuove macchine da stampa ad alta tecnologia, con prestazioni eccellenti, a conferma della volontà di elevare continuamente il livello qualitativo dei propri prodotti. Ha inoltre realizzato un sistema integrato di confezionamento che consente l’identificazione, attraverso BARCODE dei singoli colli, agevolando il cliente in termini di logistica e tracciabilità. Furthermore we have developed an integrated packing system which allows identification, by means of a BARCODE on the individual boxes, helping our clients’ logistics and traceability. Our goal is to optimize and simplify our production processes and we are always looking for new technologies aimed at improving while and respecting the current legislation.
