Fendi originated in 1918 whenAdele Casagrande opened a
leather and fur shop in Via delPlebiscito in central Rome. In 1962, the Fendis signed up
German designer KarlLagerfeld, who immediatelycreated the inverted FF logo

first ready-to-wear furcollection at Palazzo Pitti inFlorence.
In 1999 it got sold to LVMHand Prada. On October 19, 2007, the
