FIRA, which produces heat exchangers, entered the Group in 1987. Its special features are the quality of its products, achieved by state-of-the-art technology in aluminium radiator cores. Production includes traditional, combined or large-size exchangers in standard versions or to customer specifications. FIRA products are widely used on mobile machines and fixed installations.

FIRA-Kombikühler sind besonders bei Nutzfahrzeugen und Industrieanlagen beliebt.

BIMA is involved in designing and manufacturing parallel axis gearboxes. This company’s products come in a wide range of standard designs but can also be developed and produced to customer specifications. BIMA became part of the Bondioli & Pavesi Group in 1997, but the group has marketed its products since 1986.

Ist die Fabrik, die auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Stirnradgetrieben spezialisiert ist. Die BIMA-Getriebe sind in einer Vielfalt von Standardausführungen lieferbar, es können aber auch kundenspezifische Ausführungen realisiert werden. Dieser Betrieb wurde erst 1997 in die Gruppe eingegliedert, obwohl dessen Erzeugnisse schon seit 1986 von Bondioli & Pavesi vertrieben wurden.

Today BONDIOLI & PAVESI HYDRAULIC AND MECHANICAL COMPONENT (HANGZHOU) Co. Ltd., as well as following the activities of representation and purchasing on the Chinese market, deals with the production of standard drivelines and directional control valves for the Chinese and international markets.

Ltd, oltre a seguire le attività di rappresentanza e acquisto sul mercato cinese, si occupa della produzione di trasmissioni cardaniche e valvole di controllo direzionale per il mercato cinese e internazionale.

Negli ultimi anni il Brasile ha registrato una grande crescita economica rimanendo però di difficile accesso per le merci straniere, frenate dalle misure protezionistiche del governo. Per raggiungere un mercato potenzialmente interessante ma protetto rimaneva una sola cosa da fare: produrre direttamente in Brasile.Nasce così nel 2002 Bondioli & Pavesi C.H.M., l’azienda che produce trasmissioni cardaniche, valvole di controllo direzionale e si occupa della commercializzazione dei prodotti idraulici nel mercato brasiliano e dell’America Latina.

In recent years Brazil has witnessed sustained economic growth but protectionist policies have made it difficult for foreign companies to market their products. The obvious solution was to set up production facilities directly in Brazil.Bondioli & Pavesi C.H.M. was established in 2002. The company produces directional control valves, P.T.O. driveshafts and directs the sale of hydraulic components in the Brazilian market and throughout Latin America.

In den letzten Jahren erlebte Brasilien einen großen wirtschaftlichen Aufschwung, blieb jedoch für Importwaren schwer zugänglich. Dies wurde durch die von der Regierung verhängten protektionistischen Maßnahmen verursacht. Um diesen potentiell interessanten Markt bearbeiten zu können, blieb nur eine Lösung: direkt in Brasilien, also vor Ort, zu fertigen.2002 wurde Bondioli & Pavesi C.H.M. gegründet, ein Unternehmen, das einige Steuergeräteausführungen herstellt, Kardan-Gelenkewellen, sowie den Vertrieb von Gruppen-Hydraulikkomponenten auf dem brasilianischen und südamerikanischen Markt durchführt.

This company has been part of the group since 1986 and manufactures axial piston pumps and motors as well as servo controls and gear pumps and motors.Like all companies in the Bondioli & Pavesi Group, HP Hydraulic produces standard versions but is particularly attentive to customer requirements. HP Hydraulic’s components are used in a variety of applications: agriculture, mobile machines, industrial and marine applications.

SM Oleodinamica was founded in 1986 as a pump and hydraulic motor parts manufacturer. In 1994 it also began manufacturing various types of mechanical joints to connect oil-hydraulic pumps to electric and endothermic motors.In 2007 the company decided to extend its experience to manufacturing open and closed circuit axial piston pumps and small displacement axial piston motors.Since 2014 SM Oleodinamica has been an integral part of Bondioli & Pavesi group.

La OM Protivín ha sede a Protivín, Repubblica Ceca.Nasce nel 1903 come divisione della CZ specializzata nelle lavorazioni di cambi completi e di componenti per il settore motociclistico, diventa autonoma nel 1997 e nel 2007 entra a far parte del guppo Bondioli & Pavesi. Oggi l’azienda è specializzata nella produzione di ingranaggi di precisione destinati all’industria motociclistica, e di scatole ingranaggi per impieghi agricoli e industriali.

OM Protivín is located in the town of Protivín, Czech Republic. It was set up in 1903 as a division of CZ, a manufacturing company in the sector of complete gearboxes and components for the motorcycle field. In 1997 OM Protivín became a self-managing company and in year 2007 it joined the group Bondioli & Pavesi. At present, the company specializes in the manufacture of precision gears for motorcycle industry and gearboxes for agricultural and industrial applications.
