he mission was clear: develop the most simple, reliable, and comfortable treadmill in the market. To do this, we first developed motivational programming to keepyou going that extra mile. Then, we studied how we could keep the entire treadmill drivesystem cool and, thus, more reliable. To achieve this, we designed ventilated motor coverswith large, roomy motor compartments. Finally, we redesigned how a treadmill offers cushioning with our eight strategically placed variable-durometer elastomer cushions.

(motor, lower board, and console) from the ground up for

hen Vision Fitness burst onto the treadmill scene, we had the largest and heaviest treadmills designed for the home. We were proud to be called “big” and “heavy” by our competitors. You see, we believe that our larger workout area makes for a more comfortable workout, while our heavy gauge steel frame creates atruly stable workout surface.

Vision Fitness understands that a quality treadmill is a large investment,and it must be reliable and maintainable year after year. Our treadmills have large motor compartments with ventilated coversand 2.5-inch crowned rollers. This keeps the key components(motor, lower board, elevation motor, deck, and belt) running cool and insures a more reliable, longer lasting treadmill.

Vision Fitness® treadmills are significantly different from those ofour competitors because we use wax on our decks as a lubricantinstead of lower cost silicone. Our low-maintenance prewaxeddecks are designed to hold up for hundreds of hours of use (basedon user’s weight and workout speed) without ever needing service. Wax systems are found on nearly all club treadmills. Waximpregnates the belt and acts as a lubricant between the belt andthe deck and has properties that last longer than silicone. Ourdecks can easily have wax reapplied if needed, and you can flip thedeck on our popular T9600 and T9700 Series treadmills. Whenlooking for a long-lasting, high quality treadmill, make sure thatthe treadmill you choose has a wax system and not a silicone one.

Our eight-elastomer cushioning system provides so much comfort thatyou will want to work out longer. The elastomers are strategically placed for extra cushioning where your foot strikes the belt and firm support where your foot pushes off. The stability of the frame is just asimportant as the cushioning. Our rigid frame construction insures that,when walking or running on the treadmill, all of the cushion is providedthrough the deck and elastomers. Note the braces on the bottom of ourtreadmill frames; make sure the treadmill you choose has this feature.

So, we designed a line of folding treadmillsthat integrates many of the features of our larger treadmills but foldsout of the way when not in use. With Vision Fitness, you don’t haveto sacrifice performance just because you don’t have space.

Our Premier console is loaded with all of the programming features you’ll need to achieve your fitness goals, from its four interactive heart rate programs to the exclusive SPRINT 8 20-minute anaerobic workout. It evenkeeps track of your workout totals by allowing up to 10 users to save their Distance, Calories expended, Time, etc.,over a week, month, or even a year. The alphanumeric message center scrolls easy-to-follow instructions across the window and provides motivational messages. Finally, the large multi-color dot matrix display is easy to see with our Segment Progress Bar, which illustrates how much of your workout is complete at any give time. Our Deluxe console is designed for the user that wants some programming but not every top-of-the-line feature.This console has two interactive heart rate programs, along with five User programs and six preset programs thatinclude rolling hills and sprints. It also includes the exclusive SPRINT 8 20-minute anaerobic workout. The fiveLED windows give extra data at a quick glance and, like the Premier, the multi-color dot matrix display features ourSegment Progress Bar to let you know where you’re at in your workout.

DeluxeCONSOLE

There is a reason why we called this the Simple console. It has no programming and one large LED for easy viewing.Simply press the Start button, and you’re on your way to a great workout. The smaller LED gives you your heartrate feedback from the contact heart rate bar. If you do not need any programs or additional feedback from theconsole, then the Simple console is your best choice.

SimpleCONSOLE

The T9600 frame is our top-of-the-line frame. It incorporates our largest deck (which can be flipped to double its life),

measures 60” x 20”, and boasts our extra-heavy gauge steel tubing for heavier and taller users. It also has our 3.0 hp

Cambridge Motor Works™ motor with a matching 3.0 hpdrive system to assure smooth, consistent power, even

at lower speeds. The extra-thick 4.4 mm orthopedic belt provides an extra-comfortable workout.

The T9200 is our entry-level frame but has many of the same features as our T9500 and T9600 frames. It simply utilizes a smaller 2.5 hp

motor and a standard 2-ply belt. Like the T9500, the workout area is 54” x 20”, and the frame consists of our standard heavy gauge tubing.

The T9450 and T9250 folding frames have many of the same features as theplatform treadmill frames. Both have the 2.5 hp motor. The T9250 comes

with our standard 2-ply belt, while our T9450 has our extra-soft 4.4 mm orthopedic belt. The T9250 and T9450 also have our exclusive “drop assist”deck—the shocks help support the weight when you lift and lower the deck.

The T9500 frame offers the same features as our T9600 frame, such as the 3.0 hp motor and matching3.0 hp drive system, along with our 4.4 mm orthopedicbelt, but in a smaller workout area of 54” x 20”. Thisframe also utilizes our standard heavy gauge tubing.

…now, choose your frame.Now that you know the differences between the consoles and have found the one that is right for you, you need

to select the correct frame. All Vision Fitness® frames use thick, heavy gauge steel with extra supports under theframe to stop the frame from flexing under heavy load. We offer three platform versions for the home—the T9600,T9500, and T9200 frames. We also have two folding frame options—the T9450 and T9250—for customers whowant to fold the treadmill out of the way after they have finished their workout.
