Need patches or trim on your uniform? Come see us at the front desk! One of our Black Belts, Mrs. Castonguay, does

all of our sewing! She sews on patches and puts the trim on uniforms. Pants too long?

She hems pants and sleeves as well! Go to the front desk in the lobby for more

information/ pricing.

Our annual Awards Banquet is on January 26, 2013! Keep an eye

out for more details. This is a great time to connect with other karate students and parents, and see

everyone out of their uniforms! It is a casual event, so we ask that no

one wears jeans.

Help support our Black Belt Women at Master Charland’s School in Watertown, CT. This is an all women’s sparring tournament. If you are interested in participating,

you must be 16 years of age- 15 by permission. 1 GUP Red may enter by instructor invitation only. See Master Duethorn for more information.

If you are participating, please be there by 6:30pm, event to start at 7:00. This tournament is a Breast Cancer Fundraiser, entry fee is $20 and spectator fee is $5.

All proceeds will go to Breast Cancer research.

October 27, 2012 Master Pumarejo will be visiting us from Tucson, Arizona to teach a Korean Sword Seminar. There is a kids seminar from 11:00am-12:30pm and an adult seminar from 2:00-4:00pm. The fee is $45 and this includes a wooden sword. Space is

limited, so please sign up in advance! The deadline is October 15th to sign up.

There will not be regular class that day.
