20. AT ALL TIMES WHEN WORK IS IN PROGRESS, A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CONTRACTOR OR SUB-CONTRACTOR SHALL BE ON THE SITE AND AUTHORIZED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR RECEIVEINSTRUCTIONS FROM THE OWNER OR ARCHITECT.

21. THE CONTRACTOR AND EACH SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A COPY OF PROOF OF INSURANCETO THE OWNER PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK.

22. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FORWARD TO THE OWNER ALL APPLICABLE WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES,ETC. AS A CONDITION FOR FINAL PAYMENT.

23. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE THAT ALL WORK PERFORMED UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALLBE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF ONE YEAR ORLONGER AS INDICATED IN DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF ALL WORK ANDTHAT ALL DEFECTS ARISING WITHIN THIS PERIOD OF TIME SHALL BE CORRECTED, REPAIRED ORREPLACED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION OF SUCH DEFECTS BY OWNER.

24. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND ALL SUBCONTRACTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING,COORDINATING AND COMPLYING WITH THE FULL SET OF DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ADDENDA.
