DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE

Revise P&ID 24590-LAW-M6-LVP-00002005 (Coordinates B-D, 2-4) as shown on page 2 and 3:

Add new transfer line to the Effluent Management Facility (EMF). Add globe valve, spectacle blind , and bleed valve to PT transfer lines for positive isolation whether in DFLAW operations or full WTP operations . Add AEA note and additional ADR No. 24590-WTP-ADR-M-16-0001 , Rev. 0.

Modify valve list 24590-LAW-M6VX-LVP-00002005 as show on page 4.

Modify line list 24590-LAW-M6WX-LVP-00002005 as shown on page 4.

Note: MS In-l ine component list 24590-LAW-M6UX-LVP-00002005, Rev. 0, for P&ID 24590-LAW-M6-LVP-00002005, is issued concurrently with this DCN to support the addition of the Spectacle Blinds, LVP-BLND-00006 and LVP-BLND-00009.
