Welcome to the 6th Amadeus Jordan Newsletter, the 2nd in 2012.

First and foremost I want to take this opportunity to wish you all a very prosperous and successful summer season and to extend my early congratulations on the Holy month of

To recap on what was an extremely busy and exciting half of the current year reached new heights in number of customers acquired and new businesses developed.

On the products level, we also increased our online offerings and with the launch of a new B2B top-of-the-art solution, namely Amadeus Etravel agencies enjoy now using other different Amadeus products, such as Amadeus Customer Profiles, Master Pricer Expert, Amadeus Automated Ticket Changer and many others.

On the Sales & Marketing level, we have also increased our sales force by recruiting a new member, namely Miss Dana Khoulki who many of you know her before joining us. I am also sure that the finger prints of our Marketing executive, Miss Dina Maayeh are clear to all of you as she is on a weekly contact with you.

Amadeus participation in the ATM 2012 is another sound success, where we have been chosen by our partners as the preferred Global Distribution system for Hotel Booking platform, add to that the new products announced, such as Amadeus Offers and Amadeus Mobile solution. You will have more information on such event in the Newsletter.

Do you know that some airlines process a big number of tickets to be issued in ONE TTP ENTRY in a ONE PNR? For example, in a PNR created on Turkish Airlines that holds more than 5 passengers, there is a big possibility that the TTP entry will fail and you will see CANN tickets registered into your Sales Report (TJQ/SOF). To avoid such problem, we advise you issue the tickets in more than ONE TTP entry:
