Purpose and Description of this report

As the Voice of the Mattress Industry®, ISPA actively advocates for industry interests before legislators and regulators at the local, state and federal level. To keep you informed, we have put together a mid-year legislative update. The report outlines the legislation ISPA has been tracking and actively engaged in on our members’ behalf so far this year. ISPA is tracking 170 bills in 27 states and the District of Columbia where 30 bills have been enacted and 63 have failed, leaving 77 bills currently active with varying statuses.
