XXXII ISOPARBCON-2016

A very successful XXXII ISOPARBCON 2016 was organised on 26th to 28th February 2016 at Hotel Maurya Patna under the able guidance of President ISOPARB & Organising Chairperson Dr. Manju Gita Mishra and the dynamic Secretary General ISOPARB & Organising Secretary Dr. Rita Dayal with the whole organising team. Theme of Conference was “Perinatal Health, CSN we make a difference”.

This conference organised by the ISOPARB East Zone was a ''Beautiful Amalgamation of Scientific and Cultural Feast.'' A Galaxy of National and International Stalwarts participated in the Conference to share their knowledge.

Great effort was put in by the organising team especially Dr. Abha Rani Sinha Chairperson Workshop Committee, Dr. Pragya Mishra Choudhary Chairperson Scientific Committee for her hard work, Dr. Hemali H.Sinha Chairperson Free Paper Committee, Dr. Vinita Singh Chairperson Inauguration Committee, Dr. Kumkum Sinha for Souvenir, Dr. Pramila Modi for Public Forum, Dr .Neelam for Cultural, Dr. Renu Rohatgi, Dr. Usha Didwania, Dr. Kusum Gopal Kapoor, Dr. Pramila Gupta, Dr. Chander Kiran, Dr. Veena Gupta, Dr. Rita Sinha for Valedictory. The membership of ISOPARB tremendously increased during the tenure of the Versatile President Dr. Manju Gita Mishra between 2014 -2016. It hit a target of 2000 members and 22 CITY Chapters. Great devotion and hard work was put in by the Joint Organising Secretaries Dr. Rajni Sharma, Dr. Nibha Mohan, Dr. Amita Sinha and Dr. Supriya Jaiswal.

ISOPARB Executive Board Meeting / General Body Meeting was held on 27th February, 2017 at Hotel Maurya, Patna. Office bearers of ISOPARB were present.

Installation of the New President Dr. Milind Shah was a grand event during the Inaugural ceremony which was witnessed by a large number of Delegates. Honorable Governor of Bihar Mr. Ram Nath Kovind was the Chief Guest. Many dignitaries graced the occasion. Dr. Milind Shah was installed as the New President ISOPARB 2016 to 2018 by Dr. Manju Gita Mishra President ISOPARB. The event had huge media coverage and a very Entertaining Cultural Programme and Dinner followed.

ISOPARB Activity It had been more than a year since Dr. Milind Shah took over the charge of National President ISOPARB and there have been a number of Activities. Various Conferences Starting of New WhatsApp group of ISOPARB EXECUTIVE group where all the Zonal activity reports are posted and all information regarding ISOPARB is shared with all the ISOPARB members especially the Office Bearers. This is indeed a very good venture to keep all the zones together and well informed about any new event any change etc.  Moreover many CME's and conferences Health camps New Collaborations of ISOPARB with other Societies/ Bodies, meetings were held all over India under the Dynamic President Dr. Milind Shah. Opening of New City Chapters as Bokaro, Motihari,Vijaywada, Kanyakumari Lucknow and many more were enthusiastically inaugurated. Inauguration of city chapter ISOPARB at Bokaro. Wonderful leadership of President Dr. Jyoti Gupta and her team n support by Dr. Gangadhar Sahoo. Nicely designed scientific program n good media coverage.

Vijayawada Chapter of ISOPARB is ready with 20 members. We at Hyderabad had a great academic feast on 3rd and 4th December, 2017, theme being “Optimising fertility”. On 3rd December 2017 we had a live relay of fertility enhancing surgeries from Apollo hospitals led by our Vice President, Hyderabad Chapter Dr. Rooma Sinha and Dr Sasikola, Dr Savitha Devi, Dr Hafeez Rehman was our esteemed operating faculty too. On 4th December, 2017 - CME on Fertility, Oration by Dr Mamta Deendayal and key note addresses by Dr Anuradha of Anu Test Tube Baby Centre and Dr. Balamba.

Ms Sangeetha Reddy director Apollo hospitals was our guest of honor. The name of the program is “Maatrika Annual meet”. Dr. Suchitra Pandit organised a afternoon CME successfully. About 55 doctors were present and had a very interactive session. Considering the short time we HD to arrange it was a good response. Good interaction was seen

On 16th October, 2016 we organized ISOPARB- SOGS CME on "Thyroid Disorders in Pregnancy". Well organised and well attended.

Dr. Milind Shah President ISOPARB got appointed as Deputy Secretary FAOPS (Asia Oceania Federation of Perinatal Societies) in December 2016. Another honour for ISOPARB.

Team ISOPARB travelled to Singapore on 4th of December 2016.

Dr. Milind Shah, President, ISOPARB and his team organized ANNUAL CONFERENCE of our society with AICC-RCOG-ISOPARB-MISAR at Solapur on 25-26th March 2017. BOGS ISOPARB CME on 17 & 18 September, 2016 at Vadodara, Hotel Surya Palace Workshops : - 1. Fetal Medicine Interventional with Video Presentations 2. Fetal Monitoring, CTG including remote fetal monitoring 3. Emergency Obstetric Surgery Video Presentations 4. NALS Advanced Interesting Symposium, Debates, Panels on Perinatology and Reproductive Biology. Renowned National faculties and experts in their field were attended. E POSTER Competition was also organized for the members. 

 

AMOGS SOGS activity at Solapur on “Premature birth & Hypertensive Disorder”. Very well organised and well attended by the members. ISOPARB Patna Chapter organized a CME on 17th July, 2016 at Hotel Patliputra Ashoka, Patna from 11:00 AM onwards. Speakers were Dr. Manju Gita Mishra, Dr. Hirala Konar, Dr. Rita Dayal. Lectures on: - 1) Controversies and management in PPROM 2) Non hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics  3) pregnancy at age 40  Panel discussion on “Optimising perinatal outcome in FGR”

ISOPARB Patna Chapter in collaboration with POGS organised a Mega Health Camp at Village Parsa Chapra on Sunday the 19th of March 2017 for cancer screening programme. This was under the able guidance of Dr. Shanti H.K. Singh President ISOPARB Patna Chapter and Dr. Abha Rani Sinha, President, POGS. Dr. H. K. Singh, Dr. Meena Samant, Dr. Amita Sinha, Dr. Supriya Jaiswal, Dr. Sushma Singh, Dr. Nandita Bose, Dr. Sangita Choudhary, Dr. Vijay Laxmi Kundra and many more gynaecologists was participated.

Condolence meeting of Dr. Rita Dayal A Condolence meeting of Patna Obstetrics and Gynaecological Society and ISOPARB was held today i.e. on 09-03-2017 in the IMA Building, Patna to condole the sad, sudden and premature demise of Dr. Rita Dayal. Dr. Dayal was Ex. Secretary, Patna Obstetric & Gynaecological Society and Secretary General of ISOPARB. The meeting was attended by large number of members of the society. Most of them were senior & junior colleagues of Late Dr. Dayal. She was remembered as an affectionate person, very good gynaecologist and great academician. We the members of the society pray to the Almighty to give peace to the departed soul and enough strength to the members of bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. Messages on sad demise of Dr. Rita Dayal 

Preparations for 33rd Annual Conference of ISOPARB was going on with full enthusiasm when a very sad event happened.... 

Very sorry to inform that our dear Rita Dayal Di left for heavenly abode today morning. My deepest condolences to her family members. May God give strength to them to bear this irreparable loss. May her soul rest in peace. She will forever remain in our hearts.
