REQUIREMENTS:

_Draw in ISOMETRIC

_Draw first in drafting PENCIL. Show all construction lines as DASHED lines.

_Always start with the cube frame.

_Every subsequent figure should be on a new sheet, and the cube should be redrawn in pencil on every sheet. (Layer the sheets and use the original cube as a placement guide.)

CUBE MINUS 1/8th

Using Drafting Pencil (2H/4H)

1. Draw horizontal construction line 1.5" from bottom of page.

Centered on the line, draw an isometric cube, with side lengths of 2.5"

2. Draw the diagonals of each plane to locate and draw the perpendicular midlines.

The cube is now divided into 8 smaller cubes.

ISOMETRIC FORM: CUBE6. Lightly rough in a reflection of the bottom cube.

Finish form using Drafting Pen

10. Trace over cube edges in ink such that the two reflected forms become one.

Edges that you can see from your POV are SOLID. Edges that are hidden from sight (behind frontal planes) are DOTTED.
