Choose the spot for the injectionand administer the required dosage by pushing the plunger until zero line or hearing the clicking sound to activate the safety mechanism.

Remove the needle from the injection spot and make sure that the safety mechanism is activated.

Pull the plunger backwards. Break off the plunger leaving the needle entrapped inside the syringe barrel.

Properly dispose the useQ SAFE syringe in a suitabledisposal container

Peel open from the peel mark

Caution! Do not push the plunger past the black mark to prevent premature activationof the safety mechanism.

Fix the needle properly into the luer lock Tip nozzle of the barrel until you hear click sound.

Remove the protective cap of the needle.

Aspirate / withdraw injectablesolution with the Q SAFE syringefacing upwards, then push theplunger slightly apply gentlepercussion on the barrel to releaseany trapped air inside.
